The Authentic Ilm Mission (AIM) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit raising $4 million by the end of April 2026 to secure a former church facility in Texas, located between EPIC and Richardson. A non-refundable $50,000 deposit has already been placed. If the remaining amount is not secured, this opportunity will be lost.
Secure AIM’s Da’wah Seminary & Masjid in Texas by May 2nd 2026
AIM is led by Shaykh Karim Abu Zaid and Shaykh Uthman Ibn Farooq, scholars known for calling to Allah upon evidence and clarity. They are not building a project for prestige. They are establishing an institution to preserve the deen at a time when confusion is widespread and falsehood is presented as truth.
Allah (SWT) says: “And cooperate in righteousness and piety.” This cooperation is not with words, but with action, wealth, and sacrifice. (Surah al-Ma’idah (5:2))
This facility will immediately serve as Salahudin Future Academy, a full-time Islamic school, a da’wah training center, and a masjid for the community. It is positioned intentionally to serve Muslim families in Dallas who are facing pressure from a hostile political climate, attacks on Islamic values, and an education system that does not protect their children’s faith.
The Prophet ﷺ said that when a person dies, his deeds end except for three, including beneficial knowledge and ongoing charity (Sahih Muslim). Supporting an institution that teaches authentic Islam and raises students upon the Sunnah is from the clearest forms of this.
If the $4 million is not raised by the end of April 2026, the building will be lost and the deposit forfeited. Once secured, they’ll start with setting up the place for programs insha’Allah.
This is not a call for delay. This is a call for those whom Allah has given ability to respond.

AIM was founded in response to one of the most urgent questions facing the Ummah today:
“Who will represent Islam tomorrow—and how are we preparing them today?”
Today’s Muslim community faces enormous challenges:
- Rising doubts and misconceptions
- Identity struggles among youth
- Critical shortage of qualified imams and teachers
- Communities lacking trained leaders
- Increasing societal pressures
- A need for articulate, principled Muslim voices
AIM exists to fill this gap by:
- Reviving authentic Islamic scholarship
- Training qualified Duʿāt and community leaders
